INFORMATION FOR YOUR STAY

On arrival the apartments will be ready from 4.00 pm
At the departure, we kindly ask you to leave the apartment no later than 9.30 am

CHECK-IN: 4.00-7.00 pm
CHECK-OUT: 9.30 am

The swimming pool (unheated) is open for our guests from June till September, with the following times: 10.00 am - 8.00 pm.

Four-legged friends are welcome, upon request and prior confirmation. A daily supplement will be required

Each apartment has 1 outdoor carpark near the house.

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

Flexible, refundable rate:

This rate is always bookable

A payment of a deposit is required to confirm the booking and subsequent tranche of payment, via bank transfer or credit card.

FREE CANCELLATION up to 14 days before arrival, converted into a HOLIDAY VOUCHER, equal to the amount of the bank transfer (equivalent to 30% of the rental cost), to be used within 6 months from the date of issue.

For cancellations with notice less than 14 days before arrival, the entire sum of the bank transfer, will be retained, without issuing the voucher.

In case of no show, late arrival or early departure, the full amount of the nights not used will be charged.

Non-refundable rate:

This rate is bookable up to 14 days prior to the arrival date.

A prepayment of the full amount is required upon confirmation of the reservation, via bank transfer or credit card.

This prepayment is non-refundable in case of cancellation/change of reservation, no-show, late arrival or early departure.
